Who is FiLO Asistan for?
Tourism companies in Türkiye that run car rentals, VIP transfers, tours, hotels or travel agency work — especially those doing several of these at once.
How does the free trial work?
Fill in the form, verify your email and use every available module for 30 days. No credit card. When the trial ends your data stays; you can view it, and choose a plan to keep adding records.
Is UETDS reporting really done from the panel?
Yes. Once you enter your UETDS web service credentials, trips, staff and passengers are sent from the panel. The credentials and IP authorisation are obtained from the Ministry in your company's name.
Do you support KABİS and e-invoicing?
Partly. For KABİS the panel checks missing ID/licence data, prepares the fields to enter, records the reference number and warns about unreported rentals, but it does not submit automatically: you still file on the police (EGM) system. e-Invoice / e-Archive sending is in beta and works only with your own Nilvera integrator account.
Which languages are supported?
The panel runs in Turkish, English, Arabic, Russian and German. Customer documents are available in Turkish, English and Arabic; Russian documents are coming soon.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No setup fee. Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of any month; yearly billing gives two months free.
